Flexible support:

• Sessions usually last a maximum of 1 hour
  
  
• Tuition can be provided in school hours, if written permision from the child's school is available
  
  
• Tuition, materials and technological support are based on an hourly rate, linked to the level of support needed
  
  
• Fees are arranged during the initial consulation and paid 1 week in advance
  
  
• 24 hours notice required for cancellation, otherwise fees are not refundable
